Kira checked her in-box at work. Not a thing in it. "Lia? Is there nothing for me to do today?" Lia looked up from her computer. "No. We didn't give you anything because you weren't going to be here. Enjoy the day off and get out." Kira laughed and turned around to grab her coat and purse. She pulled her cell phone out of her purse and dialed Mei's apartment.

"Thats good. I heard a little bit of other good news this morning from a certain pain in the rear."
"Pain in the rear?" Mei started to laugh. "You must mean Lucifer. Yes, for once he's telling the truth."
"So he gave you and Gabrial your baby...I'm thrilled for you."
